Most agencies stall in the same place. Revenue is real but flat, the roster is
capped by how many accounts one team can physically post and chat for, and every
new creator costs more attention than the last. That ceiling is infrastructure,
not effort — and infrastructure is what we build.
We’ve had this conversation enough times to know how it usually goes. See which
one is yours — the call is more useful if you already know the answer.
i.
Traffic
Revenue tracks whatever you posted that week. There’s no engine underneath it, so growth stops the moment you stop pushing.
ii.
Chat
Coverage has gaps, quality swings by shift, and you can feel the money leaking overnight — but you can’t prove where.
iii.
Headcount
Every new creator needs another person. Margin gets eaten by hiring and training long before it reaches you.
iv.
You
Nothing moves unless you touch it. The agency isn’t a business yet — it’s a job with your name on it.
№ 03 · The infrastructure
Three engines, running every day.
This is what we run for our own roster, and what a partnership would plug your
creators into. Not advice, not a course — the actual operating system.
01
Reddit — distribution at volume
The channel most agencies run badly, because doing it properly is an operations
problem rather than a content one. Every room has its own rules, its own posting
limits, and its own best hour, and getting any of them wrong costs you the account.
Daily plans generated per account, scheduled to each room’s real peak hour
Captions written against each community’s rules and checked before posting
Every post scored after the fact — rooms that decay get cut and replaced
Ban safeguards, posting-frequency limits, and account hygiene enforced in software
02
Instagram — the warm channel
Lower volume, far higher intent. Reddit fills the top of the funnel; Instagram
is where followers who already like a creator get moved to the paid page without
torching the profile.
Grid and story strategy per creator, built from her actual content library
Story funnels and link routing to the paid page
DM handling folded into the same chat operation
Safe growth only — no bought followers, no pods, no burned accounts
03
24/7 chatting — the revenue floor
Where most of the leak actually is. Traffic you’ve already paid for dies in an
unanswered inbox at 3am. A trained team covers every hour, in each creator’s
voice, with the same playbook on every shift.
A native-English team — no translated scripts, no obvious bots
Genuine round-the-clock cover: no dead nights, no weekend gaps
Personal, in-character conversation and paid-content strategy per person, not per blast
Retention playbooks that hold subscribers past month one
Recognise your bottleneck?
Then the call is worth thirty minutes. A few questions first so we arrive
already understanding your situation, and the calendar opens as soon as
you submit.
The right structure depends entirely on where you are, which is what the call is for.
These are the four that come up most.
Traffic partnership
You keep the roster and the relationships. We run Reddit and Instagram distribution behind them on a revenue share.
Chat partnership
Your creators, our team. Full round-the-clock cover, one playbook, measured per account.
Full infrastructure
Both engines plus analytics and reporting. You stay the face and the closer; we operate everything behind it.
Merge or exit
Some owners want out, or want to fold the roster into something larger. That conversation is open too.
№ 05 · Straight answers
What you’re actually asking.
Do I lose my creators?
No. In every structure we’ve done, the owner keeps the roster and the
relationships — you stay the face and the person they call. What
changes is what sits behind you.
If you want out entirely, that’s a different conversation and we’ll
have it honestly, but it isn’t the default and we won’t steer you
toward it.
How is a partnership structured commercially?
Revenue share, scoped to how much of the operation we run — traffic
only, chat only, or the full stack. No retainer, no setup fee. We take a
share of what we help produce, which means the downside is ours too.
The actual numbers depend on your roster size and which engines you want,
so they come out of the call rather than off a page.
Is this confidential?
Yes, and we’ll sign for it. You’re telling a competitor your
revenue and your weak points — we understand exactly what that costs
and we treat it accordingly. Nothing from the call is repeated, and
we don’t approach creators we learn about through it.
My agency is small. Is it worth talking?
Often more worth it. The ceiling we’re describing shows up earlier
than most owners expect, and it is far cheaper to fix before you’ve
hired a team around the problem.
How quickly can you plug in?
We run our own roster on this infrastructure daily, so there is nothing to
build from scratch — it’s a matter of onboarding your accounts,
learning each creator’s material, and scheduling the first posts.
The work is in the learning, not the setup.
What do you need from me to start?
An honest picture of where the agency is, access to the accounts we’d
be running, and a single point of contact who can make decisions. The
partnerships that stall are the ones where nobody on the other side can
say yes.
№ 06 · Start the conversation
A few questions, then your details.
Where your agency is now, what’s holding it back, and what you’ve built
before. Full name, email and phone number are required. Submit, and the calendar
opens on the next screen — pick a time that suits you.
Enquiries by email for now.
The form is being finalised. In the meantime, email Daniel directly with
your current monthly revenue, your biggest bottleneck, and a phone number
— you’ll get a reply and a calendar link the same day.
