№ 06 · Before you ask

The questions everyone asks.

What do you take?

A percentage of what we help you earn — nothing upfront, no monthly fee, no setup cost. If you don’t make money, neither do we. The exact split depends on how much of the operation you want us running, and we go through it in full on the call before anything is signed.

Am I locked into a long contract?

There is a contract — we’re a UK company and we put the terms in writing to protect both sides. It covers what we do, what you keep, and how either of us ends it. You’ll have it to read before you sign, and you’re welcome to have someone look it over.

Do I have to show my face?

No. Plenty of creators earn very well without ever showing their face, and we build the strategy around what you’re actually willing to shoot. We will never push you past that line, and we don’t negotiate it later.

How much of my time does this take?

You shoot content. That’s the part only you can do, and it’s the part we leave with you.

Posting, captions, Reddit, Instagram, the DMs, pricing, retention and the reporting are ours. Most creators on the roster spend their time on shoots and nothing else.

How fast does anything actually happen?

Contract on day one, then we build the plan, collect content and learn your niche. Launch is day eight. Growth compounds from there rather than spiking — we’re building a career, not a good week.

What happens when I want to stop?

Nobody does this forever, and we’d rather build like that from day one. The Instagram audience we grow is in your name and stays with you — it is an asset, not a funnel we take back.

That’s why we push brand deals and sponsorships alongside the paid page. They pay now, and they leave you with an established profile and a track record you can work from afterwards, whatever you move on to.

What if I’m already with another agency?

Apply anyway and say so on the form. Plenty of the conversations we have start that way. Check what your current agreement says about notice before you sign anything new, and we’ll work around it.
